What would you like me to know?
Anything else?
How are you trying to help me?
What are you afraid would happen if you didn’t do this?
What do you wish I knew about you?
What can I do right now that would help you feel even just a little bit safer?
Write slowly. Listen deeply.
You’re not here to fix anything, just to understand.
MEDITATION
This 40min guided meditation guides you inward to connect with a part of you that manages your appearance, eating habits, or sense of worth.
You’ll be guided to sense this part in your body, and ask it questions from a place of compassionate curiosity.
