In this 90-minute IFS workshop we explore:
comfort eating, body shame, and the deep need to self-soothe with food. Iβll guide you to gently find the parts of your mind that are trying so hard to control your body. The parts who obsess, restrict, criticize, binge, fixate, and hustle to keep you βgood enoughβ to be loved.
If youβre in conflict with your body, youβre not alone. In this workshop, youβll watch me work with a woman who reaches for an almond croissant every time life feels unfair.
Follow along through the body-based meditation and parts-work journaling as we inquiry deeper. Beneath this protective behavior is unprocessed grief and a path back to Self-led love.
