My Story (And Why I Made This For You)

I used to think I was just writing stories.

Poems about pirate queens.
Songs about dragons.
Dreamy fantasies about mermaids falling in love with the stars.

How many times I could fall in love?
How many hearts could I break?
How could I run more wild and set myself more free?


For years, I was wandering in the wilderness of my imagination, not yet aware that I was meeting my parts.

The witch witch spinning crystal light between her bejeweled fingers.
The sensual potion master who poisoned men after seducing them.
The dragon rider who raced towards the horizon with mango juicy dripping off her lips.
The eternal sunset over the serene velvet ocean, always beckoning us deeper into stillness.

I was writing my way through reality and healing through fantasy.
Writing was how I healed — before I even knew I was healing.

Then I found Internal Family Systems (IFS) and realized:
I wasn’t making anything up. I was discovering who I was.


Now, I ‘ll help you find your Self and meet your parts too.
Your parts have incredible stories to tell.

They’re not here to be fixed.
They’re here to be witnessed, loved, and written into magic.

Welcome to a 10 week creative writing journey through the chakras + IFS + story magic.

Each week, we’ll focus on one chakra and the parts that live there. This series will help you meet your inner characters, explore your energy body through the chakras, and give your parts the playful outlet they’ve been craving.
